According to NASA ‘Rebound exercise is the most efficient and effective exercise yet devised by man’. This is because NASA found that oxygen consumption while bouncing was up to 68% higher than while running and that 10 minutes “rebounding” is equivalent to a 30 minute jogging session…without the skeletal shock.
